Harri – Hospitality Tech Expo 2024

Which event did they attend?

Hospitality Tech Expo is a central hub for discovering the latest innovations in hospitalitytechnology. Featuring hand-picked suppliers from across the tech industry, it offers acomprehensive showcase of solutions, from online booking systems to faster POS software.

Initial Brief

Hospitality Tech Expo is the key event for the 2024 calendar for Harri as it’s the only one in the UK that they are doing. They needed to showcase they’re full end-to-end solution, taking delegates through the journey from hiring through to onboarding, then scheduling, finally getting to offboarding or retirement. They are offering a fairly new solution to the UK market and are looking to disrupt the market with their software, by introducing their brand with personality and flair. They wanted a stand that had a good height, use of LED lighting, storage and demos that didn’t take up the whole stand, allowing for the stand to be used whilst demonstration conversations were happening.

How Stand met Needs

• Use of LED in flooring that followed around the stand into the structure of the stand, creating a visual, uninterrupted journey to represent how the software can capture the lifecycle of employees
• Two clear demo spaces with a separate hospitality/welcome space to keep conversations going and delegate turnover high on the stand
• Limited seating area to keep the conversations moving and interact with as many leads as possible
• Secure and hidden walk-in storage area to store staff belongings and equipment
• Tall stand at 3.9m high to be seen across the hall
• Plenty of space for graphic messaging, using seamless materials for uninterrupted space
• Use of brand colours in stand elements to impress the brand upon delegates
