CIPD HR-Inform – Festival of Work  

CIPD HR-Inform is UK’s leading platform that allows HR professionals to stay ahead of the legislation changes with employment, have access to templates and a whole library of tools.  

Which Event did they attend? 

They attended CIPD Festival of Work in London. The annual CIPD celebration brought together everyone invested in the value people bring to their work. Leaders came together to solve their business challenges. People managers explored how we can bring out the best in teams.  

Initial Brief 

CIPD HR-Inform is one of Croner’s brands. They have an existing exhibition stand with us and were looking to utilise as much as they can with this in an innovative way. They needed the stand to be more casual than others, fitting in with the ‘festival’ vibe of the event. They wanted more natural elements as well as keeping the space open to have those all important conversations with delegates at the event.  

How Stand Met Needs 

To meet the natural elements that CIPD HR-Inform wanted, we utilised the use of wooden slat walling as part of the structure to walls and ceiling areas, as well as making two semi-private meeting areas. We had clear demo spaces located to the front of the stand to bring people to the stand before getting them in for further discussions on taking them up on use of the platform on offer.
