Advantech-Aures – Retail Technology Show 2025

Advantech-Aures is a new operating brand name of formally called Aures Technologies Group, following its acquisition by Advantech in October 2024. It is an IT Designer. Manufacturer and Developer of POS and KIOSK hardware solutions, dedicated to all Retail Sectors.  

Following this new acquisition, Advantech-Aures needed to adequately display this new partnership in technologies by display existing and new product ranges and how they harmoniously work.  

 

Which event did they attend?

They attended the Retail Technology Show in London, which was their UK launch of this acquisition. Retail Technology Show is the premier event for innovation, insight, and connection in the retail industry. Held annually at ExCel London, this dynamic event unites the world’s forward-thinking retailers with leading tech innovators to explore the future of commerce.

 

Initial Brief

Aures had exhibited before at the RTS event but this was the first time they had an island stand and also the show that they needed to showcase the Advantech acquisition. They wanted a space that clearly demonstrated the POS and kiosk units effectively, as well as showing how this new acquisition will level up their products with an increased competitive edge. It needed to be functional, highly tactile, as well as open and welcoming.  

 

How Stand met Needs

Due to the technical nature of the requirements, we knew that we needed somewhere central for the onsite engineers to run all Kiosks and products from. From working with Aures before, we knew that having a raised floor was important to showcase their freestanding kiosks and that wall space was a premium for mounted displays. With an island stand, this meant creating a central column that allowed for the 4x key product offerings to have equal branding space and opportunity. This stand was also important to have space to discuss and explain how the acquisition will improve service offering and so having two meeting spaces was also instrumental in allowing these discussions to take place. We also focused on keeping the stand minimal but effective, with large 3D logos of the new company name, bordering the stand as an eye-catching piece.
